On June 15, 2021, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter a Motion for Entry of Order that Undenied Allegations Be Deemed Admitted Pursuant to Rule 37(c) of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. The following day, on June 16, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion To Stay Proceedings.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 16, 2021, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's just-referenced Motion To Stay Proceedings. Respondent's Motion for Entry of Order that Undenied Allegations Be Deemed Admitted Pursuant to Rule 37(c) shall be held in abeyance.
