And petitioner-appellant Juliette M., pro se, having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the aforesaid appeal, and for assignment of counsel, a free copy of the transcript, and for related relief (Motion No. 2024-00766), And petitioner-appellant Juliette M., pro se, having moved to unseal the adoption records of the subject children and to obtain a certified copy of the adoption order (Motion No. 2024-01024), And petitioner-appellant Juliette M., pro se, having moved to subpoena her foster parent records from Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (Motion No. 2024-01070),

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion by respondents-respondents Cardinal McCloskey Community Services, Beth Finnerty and Patrice Barnes-Tracey is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (Motion No. 2024-00754); the motions by petitioner-appellant are denied as moot (Motion No. 2024-00766, Motion No. 2024-01024 and Motion No. 2024-01070).
