DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for permission to appeal to this Court from order of Family Court, Columbia County, dated April 3, 2018, for stay of such order pending appeal, and for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to appeal is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is referred to Justice Clark, who makes the following decision: Motion granted, without costs.
