Motion for a stay granted on condition that the appellant perfects the appeal for the September 1967 Term of this court and on the further condition that the appellant posts a bond in the sum of $11,000 within 20 days from the date of entry, of the order entered herein as security for any judgment plaintiff may recover in the above-entitled action.
