The reporter's record is overdue. On July 26, 2022, we directed Claudia Webb, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 3 to file, within thirty days, the record, written verification no hearings were recorded, or written verification appellant had not requested the record. To date, Ms. Webb has not responded. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Webb to file, no later than September 28, 2022, either the reporter's record or requested verification. We caution appellant that the appeal will be submitted without the reporter's record should the Court be notified the record has not been requested. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(c).
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Lance S. Baxter, Presiding Judge of County Court at Law No. 3; Ms. Webb; and, the parties.
