Upon review, it appears that the record does not contain a complete copy of the notices of deficiency for the tax years at issue in this case. We will direct the Commissioner to file a full copy of the notices of deficiency for tax years 2016 and 2017. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 28, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notices of deficiency for tax years 2016 and 2017.
