ORDERED that on or before August 12, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report, (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then current status of this case. The status report shall address the following items:

1.Clarification as to whether the parties agree to have a single Tax Court judge be assigned to all the related cases listed in Respondent's motion (including the cases currently on calendars in the fall of this year);
2.The list of the lead cases to which the parties have agreed; and
3.The list of all the related cases in which the parties expect to file a stipulation to be bound to each lead case.

It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed June 25, 2024, is held in abeyance. This case remains calendared for trial as previously scheduled and the terms and conditions set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order, served April 25, 2024, remain in full force and effect. The parties are invited to contact the Court to request a conference call to discuss this matter and the related cases if necessary.
