Opinion

Judgment of Onondaga County Court reversed and judgment of the Municipal Court affirmed, with costs in this court and in the County Court to the appellant, on the ground that a clear question of fact was presented which was determined by the Municipal Court and its determination was not against the weight of the evidence, and there are no errors in the record requiring a reversal. All concur.
