ANTHONY JEREMIAH JUAREZ, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge

On August 17, 2022, the Court issued a notice of trial and standing pretrial order in this case. Those documents were returned to the Court with the notation "RETURN TO SENDER, NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED, UNABLE TO FORWARD." A review of the docket record shows that Mr. Juarez submitted a ratification of petition, and that the envelope containing that ratification bore a different return address than was shown on his original petition and in the Court's records. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk shall updated Mr. Juarez's address of record to the return address shown on the envelope containing his ratification of petition (index 7). It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk shall re-serve the notice of trial and standing pretrial order on Mr. Juarez at his updated address.
