ABATEMENT ORDER

Appellants filed an unopposed motion to abate this appeal to permit the district clerk and court reporter to prepare supplements to the voluminous record. The motion is granted.

The appeal is abated, treated as a closed case, and removed from this court's active docket for a period until September 21, 2017. The appeal will be reinstated on this court's active docket after that date. Any party may file a motion stating grounds for reinstating the appeal before the end of the abatement period.
