Opinion

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

Petitioner's petition for all writs is granted. The stay of the order modifying the child's placement by this court's March 28, 2014, order shall remain in effect pending the resolution of the petition for writ of certiorari reviewing the order modifying the child's placement to be filed by petitioner. Should petitioner fail to timely file the petition for writ of certiorari, the stay shall be lifted on April 28, 2014. In filing the petition for writ of certiorari, petitioner shall file a notice of related case referencing this proceeding.
