ORDER

Stating the parties have settled their dispute, appellant has filed a letter requesting all pending deadlines be suspended while the parties finalize the settlement documents and a motion disposing of the lawsuit is filed. We GRANT the request, SUSPEND all pending deadlines, and ORDER appellant to file a dispositive motion or a status report no later than February 2, 2024.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Vielica Dobbins, Official Court Reporter for the 193rd Judicial District Court, and the parties.
