RULING
The Court, after carefully considering the Motions, the record, the law applicable to this action, and the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Richard L. Bourgeois, Jr., dated September 19, 2019, to which no objection has been filed, hereby approves the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge and adopts it as the Court's opinion herein.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Liberty Mutual Insurance Company's Motion to Sever and Remand, Doster Construction Company, Inc.'s Motion to Sever and Remand, and The Lemoine Company, LLC's Motion to Sever and Remand are all DENIED AS MOOT.
