Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated May 7, 2015 is extended to January 30, 2017, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to settle the record is granted, without costs, to the extent that the record on appeal shall include the order of Supreme Court dated February 19, 2015, the notice of appeal dated April 1, 2015 and the notice of appeal dated April 3, 2015. The issue of abandonment may be raised upon the argument of the appeal. It is further
ORDERED that the motion for alternative relief is denied, without costs.
