The defendants' petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 177 Conn. App. 144, 171 A.3d 494 (2017), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the judgment of the trial court ordering the defendants to reimburse the plaintiff for property taxes and homeowners insurance premiums in violation of the provisions of General Statutes § 49–14 pertaining to deficiency proceedings?"

MULLINS, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
