HONORABLE DAVID C. BURY, DISTRICT JUDGE

“This case is closed, pursuant to an Order of this Court dismissing it for failure to serve the Complaint and Summons under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m). (Order (Doc. 48); (Judgment (Doc. 49). Plaintiff appealed, and the dismissal of the action has been affirmed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. (Doc. 64.)” (Order (Doc. 66) at 1.)

On August 12, 2022, the Court denied Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate the Court's Order dismissing the action. (Order (Doc. 66). It was sent to the address reflected on the docket for the Plaintiff. On September 12, 2022, he filed a Response objecting to the Court's August 12, 2022, Order. On October 14, 2022, he filed a Request for the Court's Status in Voiding the [] Court's November 6, 2020 Judgment. He asks the Court to reopen the case and assign it to another judge. For the reasons explained by the Court's prior orders denying his post-Judgment motions, this motion is denied.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Request for the Court's Status in Voiding the [] Court's November 6, 2020, Judgment (Doc. 68) is DENIED.
