Appeal from the Circuit Court for Prince George's County (OGLE MARBURY, C.J.).

Suit by Julian J. Joyce and his wife against Dillon Properties, Inc., for specific performance of a contract for the purchase of land and the erection of a house thereon and for general relief. From a decree dismissing the bill of complaint without prejudice to the rights of the parties with respect to any matter except specific performance of the contract which the decree denied, the plaintiffs appeal.

Affirmed.

The cause was argued before SLOAN, JOHNSON, DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, FORSYTHE, and GRASON, JJ.
