An appeal and cross appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 5, 2017, And petitioner-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect his appeal taken from the aforesaid order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging petitioner's time to perfect the appeal to the October 2018 Term.
