We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated this appeal to allow appellant to obtain a severance order to render the appealed default judgment final. Before the Court is appellant's August 2, 2022 unopposed motion to reinstate the appeal with a copy of the trial court's severance order signed on August 1, 2022.

We ORDER Collin County Clerk Stacey Kemp to file, by August 10, 2022, a supplemental clerk's record containing the following document:

Order Granting Defendant John P. Joy's Motion to Sever - signed on August 1, 2022.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Kemp and all parties.
