By Order dated November 18, 2020, the Court directed petitioner to file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration). To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Amended Petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration) is extended to July 1, 2021. If no Amended Petition and/or filing fee are received by July 1, 2021, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
