This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 17, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas.

On September 26, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report. On October 12, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report representing therein that the parties have reached a basis of settlement in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 17, 2022, San Antonio, Texas, session of the Court and is continued. It is further.

ORDERED that, on or before December 12, 2022, the parties shall file (1) a stipulated decision or (2) a joint status report (or separate reports if this is not possible) of the then-present status of this case. It is further
