This case was called from the calendar of the Court's September 19, 2022, trial session for New York, New York for hearing on respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed on August 16, 2022. Both parties appeared and were heard. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 11, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision, or alternatively, a joint status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further
