APPEAL AND ERROR, § 892review of questions raised on appeal from accounting under consent decree. Where plaintiff appealed from decree awarding him sum of money on accounting had under provisions of consent decree, held that trial court's decree definitely and ultimately fixed the rights of the parties and was binding alike on each of them and on trial court, and, in Appellate Court's consideration of the questions raised, such court was restricted to the terms of such decree.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. ULYSSES S. SCHWARTZ, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1946.
