Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the judgment is against the weight of evidence on the question of a gift causa mortis. No opinion. Woodward, Jenks, Gaynor and Miller, JJ., concurred; Hooker, J., dissented.
