Based on the stipulation and joint motion of counsel and good cause otherwise appearing,

THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS:

1. That the deadline for all Defendants (Salt Lake Police Association, David Greer, International Union of Police Associations, and Samuel A. Cabral) to oppose Plaintiff Robert Joseph's Motion for Leave to Accept Second Amended Complaint Alleging Supplemental Jurisdiction shall be extended, and all oppositions to the Motion shall be filed on or before December 12, 2003.
