On April 11, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. This case was called from the calendar of the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana, trial session, on May 6, 2024. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At calendar call, the parties informed the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed April 11, 2024, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 5, 2024, the parties shall submit with the Court Proposed Stipulated Decision documents or a joint status report reflecting the-then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
