This case is currently set for trial at the Court's May 6, 2024, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session. On April 11, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed April 11, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed April 11, 2024, is set for hearing at the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana trial session at 10:00 am on May 6, 2024, in Room 212, 2nd Floor, U.S. Custom House, 423 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at the address listed in respondent's motion.
