This case was continued from the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana trial session, on November 28, 2022, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On February 27, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report requesting 60 days to file stipulated decision documents. On April 26, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report stating in part that"[i]f petitioner fails to submit the tax return in the time requested [two weeks], respondent will the ask the court to move forward with its previously filed Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution". There are currently no motions pending before the Court in this case. To date, we have received nothing further from the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall calendar this case for trial at the next available trial session scheduled to commence in New Orleans, Louisiana. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction over this case is no longer retained by this Division of the Court.
