This case was called from the calendar during the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana trial session, on November 28, 2022. Both parties appeared and were heard. This case was recalled the same morning. At recall, the parties made a Joint Oral Motion for Continuance. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Oral Motion for Continuance is granted, in that this case is continued pending further direction by this Division of the Court. It is further
