Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed June 15, 2022, and because further review of the record in this case shows that the Petition, filed April 12, 2022, does not bear the original signatures of petitioners or the signature of a practitioner admitted to practice before this Court, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2022, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced Motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2022, petitioners shall each file with the Court in paper form (not electronic) a ratification of petition bearing an original signature (not a photocopy), preferably in blue ink, in which each petitioner states, if such be the case, that the petitioner has read the Petition filed with the Court on April 12, 2022, and ratifies and affirms the filing of said document. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2022, petitioners shall file a proper amended petition. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioners copies of appropriate forms that they may use to comply therewith. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Chuck Mogbo at the mailing address listed in the Petition.

Petitioners are advised that failure to comply fully with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case.
