This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On March 30, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached and that respondent requires time to send and receive signed decision document from petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is
