For the reasons set forth in Thomas J. Dwyer, Jr.'s motion to withdraw as petitioners' counsel, filed June 13, 2022, and because petitioners have failed to respond to the Order to Show Cause, served June 24, 2022, and again on petitioners on July 13, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Order to Show Cause is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and Thomas J. Dwyer, Jr. is withdrawn as counsel for petitioners in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed August 12, 2022, is set for hearing at the time, date, and place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served May 6, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to regular service on the parties in this case, the Clerk of the Court serve a copy of this Order on petitioners at the address shown for them in the records of the Court.
