JOSEPH HU, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge.

This collection case was called at the June 5, 2023, Honolulu, HI trial session. Mr. Hu, that morning, provided the Commissioner information to assist in resolving this case. The Court ordered the parties to provide a status report, which they did. Because they were continuing to exchange information, the Court ordered the parties to file a further status report, which they did. In this latest status report, filed September 28, 2023, the parties request that the Court order a further status report in 60 days. The Court will grant the request with the reminder that a motion for summary judgment remains pending, and failure to resolve this case will necessitate that the Court tend to that motion. With that reminder, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by December 15, 2023. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a separate status report stating that the other party has reviewed the report and agreed to its content.
