ORDER ON MOTION TO RECONSIDER OF PRIOR OPINION AND ORDER CONCERNING SUPERSEDEAS BOND

Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices Lang-Miers and Stoddart

Based on this Court's opinion of this date, we MODIFY the trial court's May 18, 2016 order setting supersedeas bond by reducing appellant Joseph E. Ashmore Jr.'s net worth to $494,201.00 and reducing the supersedeas bond to $247,100.50. See TEX. R. APP. P. 24.4(e).

We LIFT the stay granted by this Court's June 20, 2016 order.
