Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Action by Jose Escalante Company against Rufus W. Fontenot, Acting Collector of Internal Revenue. From an adverse judgment, plaintiff appeals. On plaintiff's petition for order to stay collection of taxes pending appeal.
