Jory v. Arnette

Supreme Court of Louisiana
Aug 1, 1978
361 So. 2d 1206 (La. 1978)

Opinion

No. 62752.

August 1, 1978.

In re: Donald R. Jory, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit. Parish of Jefferson Davis.

Writ Denied. The result is correct, for the reasons stated in Cook v. Campbell, 360 So.2d 1193 (La.App. 2d Cir. 1978) in which certiorari is denied this date.

DENNIS, J., is of the opinion that the writ should be granted to afford full hearing and review of the serious constitutional and statutory questions raised by this and other election disputes pending in the state.
