ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER

Defendant Norman Hinkins moved for a protective order regarding his deposition.¹ The issue on the motion was subsumed in the Court's Order Denying Motion to Compel,² making the motion for protective order moot. Therefore,
