Jordan v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.
May 3, 2013
113 So. 3d 842 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2013)

Opinion

Nos. 2D13–1721 2D13–1471.

2013-05-3

Johnnie Lee JORDAN, Jr., Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The petitioner has filed a petition for writ of certiorari, which has been assigned case number 2D13–1721. The petition references the petitioner's existing appeal 2D13–1471, which appears to challenge the same orders identified by date in the petition. Because review of the orders is being undertaken in appeal 2D13–1471 and because certiorari is not available to challenge final postconviction orders, the petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed.
