Jul 2, 2004
876 So. 2d 717 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2004)

Opinion

Case No. 5D03-2787.

Opinion filed July 2, 2004.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Orange County, Anthony H. Johnson, Judge.

Corey A. Jordan, Crestview, Pro Se.

Charles J. Crist, Jr., Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Douglas T. Squire, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

Corey Austin Jordan appeals the trial court's order denying his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Having reviewed the record thoroughly, we find no error and affirm the order on review. The trial court's order in this matter was extraordinarily thorough and detailed and fully supported by the evidence.

AFFIRMED.

GRIFFIN, THOMPSON and ORFINGER, JJ., concur.
