CHARLIE WILLIAM JORDAN v. THE STATE


The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order:

This case was docketed by this Court on June 9, 2022. The Appellant's brief and enumeration of errors were due on June 29, 2022. On June 28, 2022, the Appellant filed a motion for extension of time. In an order dated June 28, 2022, we granted an extension until July 11, 2022. As of the date of this order, the Appellant still has not filed a brief and enumeration of errors. The filing is 80 days late. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby deemed abondoned and DISMISSED pursuant to Court of Appeals Rule 23 (a). See also Court of Appeals Rule 13.

The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send a copy of this order to the Appellant.
