Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth a reasonable excuse for the failure to make a motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal prior to the expiration of the nine- month time period set forth in section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice.
