Appeal from District Court, Atascosa County; S. B. Carr, Judge.

Suit between J. J. Jordan and wife and C. F. Kerr and others. To review an adverse judgment, J. J. Jordan and wife bring error.

Case dismissed for want of prosecution.

Neither plaintiffs in error nor defendants in error have filed briefs herein. Accordingly, the case will be dismissed for want of prosecution.
