Pending in the above-docketed matter is a Motion To Proceed Remotely, filed October 13, 2022, by petitioner herein. Thereafter, on November 15, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation.

Accordingly, the premises considered, and commensurate with entry of the decision, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's just-referenced Motion To Proceed Remotely is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the duplicative copy of the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed November 15, 2022, at Docket Entry #9, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
