ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On November 10, 2021, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

Further review of the record in this case, however, discloses that filing fee was paid. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on November 10, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside.
