The petitioner Bryan Jordan's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 197 Conn. App. 822, 234 A.3d 78 (2020), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly reverse the habeas court's determination that the performance of the petitioner's criminal trial counsel fell outside of the range of competent counsel under Strickland v. Washington, 466 U.S. 668, 104 S. Ct. 2052, 80 L. Ed. 2d 674 (1984) ?"
