BROKERS, § 118.1 — affirmance of judgment against brokers. Where real estate brokers seeking recovery of brokers' commissions sued defendants jointly upon a brokerage contract allegedly made with both defendants, and evidence did not show a contract of brokerage with one of the defendants, and there was no request for separate findings, judgment in accordance with finding against brokers was affirmed.
