An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 10, 2021, (Case No. 2021-02819), and from an order, same court, entered on or about August 9, 2021 (Case No. 2021-03414), And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an order amending the notice of appeal under Case No. 2021-03414 to add plaintiff's counsel, Angela C. Bellizzi, Esq., as a non-party appellant, and to extend the time in which to perfect the appeal under Case No. 2021-02819, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting plaintiff to amend the notice of appeal under Case No. 2021-03414 to add counsel Angela C. Bellizzi, Esq., as an appellant, and extending plaintiff's time in which to perfect the appeal under Case No. 2021-02819 to the June 2022 Term of this Court.
