MEMORANDUM OPINION
A review of this appeal shows the notice of appeal was filed June 15, 2005. That day, the $125 filing fee and docketing statement were due. In letters dated June 17, 2005, we notified appellant that he was required to pay the $125 filing fee and to file a docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letters. We cautioned him that the appeal would be dismissed if the filing fee was not paid and the docketing statement was not filed by June 27, 2005.
In a letter dated July 15, 2005, the district clerk notified the Court that no letter of designation or payment for the clerk's record had been made. In turn, we sent appellant a July 18, 2005 letter instructing him to pay or make arrangements to pay for the clerk's record and to provide written verification of the same within ten days of the date of the letter to this Court. We cautioned appellant that the failure to do so would result in this appeal being dismissed for want of prosecution. To date, appellant has not responded. Finally, we note that, in a letter dated August 9, 2005, the court reporter informed the Court that appellant had not paid or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record.
In light of these facts, we DISMISS this case for want of prosecution. See Appendix to the Tex.R.App.P. B(1)(a); Tex.R.App.P. 5, 32.1, 35.3, and 42.3.
