ORDER

This appeal is from an order signed August 16, 2016. Appellant filed a notice of appeal on September 13, 2016. Appellant filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis and an affidavit of indigence on September 22, 2016.

Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 20.1(b)(1) provides that the party's indigence status in the trial court carries forward on appeal. On October 6, 2016, the Fort Bend County Clerk filed a partial clerk's record containing an order finding appellant indigent in the trial court. Therefore, appellant is deemed indigent on appeal.

Accordingly, the Fort Bend County Clerk is directed to file the clerk's record within 30 days of the date of this order.

The official court reporter for the County Court at Law No. 2 is directed to file the reporter's record within 30 days of the date of this order.
