ORDER
On November 16, 2016, the Court ordered court reporter Sandra Hughes to (1) file the reporter's records from the hearings held on April 22, 2010, June 27, 2013, August 1, 2013, and April 27, 2016 or (2) in the event any of the hearings was not recorded, written notification of which hearings were not recorded. On December 1, 2016, a supplemental reporter's record on the April 27, 2016 motion to revoke was filed. Also on December 1, 2016, a letter was filed informing the Court that no reporter's records were located for the other three dates.
Because the reporter's record appears to be complete, we ORDER appellant's brief due on or before January 6, 2017.
